Free Listings at Umdum

Couldn’t figure out how to submit for free although I met your qualifications for it, so I just submitted as a nonprofit. Didn’t know what else to do. Please email me and let me know if everything’s ok. Thanks a lot.

Hi, would like to submit, but wondering if we qualify, we are a custom e-Learning Solutions company.

However, on my site, I do have a media center which has plenty of great content about e-Learning, learning management systems, and online training course development. The link is below:

AH! I missed the deadline by < 2hrs!

Love the design of Umdum, but I’m getting an extra piece of a column on the right side that definitely shouldn’t be there.

That was most definately a wonderful promotion. The Umdum directory will make it big, no doubt. And I’ll be able to look back and say, I knew it when…I could get in free.

Please understand that we are receiving 100’s of free listing submittals a day and that not all can be reviewed promptly and special attention was given to the sites submitted during the promotion.

If you’ve missed out on the promo I’d suggest investing in the one time Editor Review fee at Umdum as yes, this is going to be one heck of a directory and the sites which pass our Editorial Standards will stay in Umdum for its entirety (and yes, we will be reviewing sites during random times in the year to make sure their content and quality still exists).

Best looking web directory on the Internet

Here’s a tip: “Featured Categories” should have some links in them if you’re going to “Feature” them! Otherwise, why go out of the way to “feature” it (on the homepage no less)?

I’m confused though… why is this directory going to “make it” or be a success? I don’t see anything special about it and by time they build a meaningful directory is anyone even going to use directories—other than the large ones or niche ones???

nuevojefe, I “use” directories all the time. Every day. Not for navigating the web, though.
